In this video I review seven apps which can be useful for people with ADHD. They include: a time management app, an online distraction-clearing app, a video-game formatted concentration app approved by the FDA for ADHD, a task management tool, a sleep-management app, a neurofeedback application with a headband, and a note-taking app. I also discuss the distinction between assistive technologies and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) which make a continuum of tools and services that allow neurodivergent individuals to work around obstacles, sharpen the mind, soothe the feelings, and help users realize their full potential.
